Our responsibility is making sure housing, transportation, infrastructure, parks, emergency services, and community amenities grow together.

I support growth that:

• Respects existing neighbourhoods.

• Is supported by the infrastructure and services residents need.

• Protects Burlington's quality of life.

• Encourages housing options while ensuring long-term affordability.

• Creates complete, connected communities for future generations.

Growth should strengthen Burlington—not outpace the infrastructure and services that support it.

One of Council's most important responsibilities is managing public money wisely.

Before asking residents to pay more, Council should always ask:

• Is this necessary?

• Is it the right priority?

• Is there a better way?

• Does it provide good value?

I will approach the 2027 budget with a 0% property tax increase as my starting point, looking for savings and better value before asking taxpayers for more. I will support budgets that protect essential services while being responsible and transparent with your tax dollars.

Residents expect City Hall to do the everyday things well.

That means paying attention to the issues that affect daily life:

• Roads and sidewalks

• Traffic and transportation

• Snow removal

• Parks and public spaces

• Bylaw enforcement

• Infrastructure maintenance

• Permit and development processes

• Responsive municipal service residents can count on

I can't promise that every issue will have the answer residents are hoping for.
